TOS BEFORE U COMM PAYMENT→You MUST be over the age of 16 to commission me.→Art MUST be fully paid before I start on your commission.→ I take payment through Paypal only.→ If you request a refund and your commission has not yet been
started, you will be refunded the full amount.HOWEVER, if I started on your
commission already and you require a refund, only a part of it will be refunded, depending on the amount of work I've done so far. You also do not get the rights to the art I did do, to avoid people wanting a refund at let's say, the lineart process, and wanting to colour it in themselves.→PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF YOUR DESIGN.
Whether it be outfits, accessories, or backgrounds, the price will be dependent on what you're
requesting! I will let you know how much extra it will cost prior to the start of the commission.PROCESS→ In order for me to complete your commission, I need CLEAR reference pictures of what you want drawn, otherwise, if an image is unclear/easy to read, I am NOT responsible for making mistakes and it WILL cost you extra for me to correct them, unless I have been informed of it prior.→ Please inform me if you're looking for a specific
pose/idea or if you’d like an artistic freedom piece. This
will make the process easier. I only offer three
free adjustments during the sketching/flat color stage. Any
corrections after this will cost you extra. This does NOT apply to
design mistakes I’ve made, those will be fixed automatically with
no charge. Once the work is lined, changes are no longer doable.→ You will receive WIPS on all stages of the process, sketch, flat colour & shading. Please look closely to let me know if there are any errors before I line your work!TURNAROUND / DEADLINES→ If you have a specific deadline that you need the piece completed by, please let me know!
Rush fees will be charged if you need it within the next two days from comissioning, with the
fee being 20% of the total price. This means your piece will be my top priority.→ My average turnaround time for my art is one week but it can get up to
2-3 weeks if the piece is complicated/my queue is busy.
USAGE→ I, as the artist, reserve the right to use the
commissioned work for my portfolio, advertisement
purposes, etc.→Clients may use the piece for personal purposes
and post it anywhere they'd like with proper credit ONLY. I do NOT allow the piece to be reproduced for
commercial purposes. Clients who do this will be permanently blacklisted.→ You may NOT use my work for NFT’s/ any
blockchain related technology. Action will be taken
against anyone doing this and you will be blacklisted & have a beware made on you.→ Do NOT remove my watermark from my art.
It is there for a reason. I want to prevent theft and make it easy to identify the
source of the art. Please do NOT cover up my watermark with your own, or anything else.
OTHER → If at any point during the commission process you start to be vulgar/ disrespectful towards me, I have the right to cancel your commission without refunding you. On top of that, you will be blacklisted and blocked.→ If you're curious about the process of your art - ask! But don't spam or "sneak" your way into asking. Messages such as
"Hey! I was wondering how the commission is coming along?"
are fine! But do not do this:
"hi, how are u"
"helloo?"
"hey r u there"
etc. this is extremely off putting and unwelcome, just get straight to the point if you wish to ask, I don't bite(clients)!
IF YOU GO THROUGH WITH THE PAYMENT I WILL CONSIDER YOU TO HAVE AGREED TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.
